Trip to the river

What a great day we had today! First Class visited the Bridewell river, a tributary of the Bandon river. We met Michael and Conrad there from Inland Fisheries Ireland. The children held baby trout, salmon and eel before releasing them into the river. We also followed our information leaflet to identify some insects of the river. It was really wonderful and one to remember!
