Having fun while raising mon!

This year our class decided to raise money for street children in India .One of the ideas for raising money was to have a cake sale. Everybody in the class made some yummy buns and the other classes bought them. It was a great a success. We got to eat a lot of buns that were left over. We had to make posters for, every class and made notes for the smaller children. We raised €512 and we were very happy, with the great effort put in by everybody. We had a little competition to see who could guess the amount we made. In the end everybody enjoyed the cake sale!!

In April we heard that Miss Bambury was going to India to work with street children in Calcutta, so we planned another cake sale to raise money for her. This time we raised a staggering €913!!!! We are very appreciative of the generosity of everybody and wish Miss Bambury well on her journey.
