The children in fourth were very happy to make some Saint Patrick’s Day decorations to display in Saint Michael’s Centre in Bandon next week.
Partner yoga with Trish and Sarah is always so much fun. The boys and girls really enjoyed the challenge of coordinating the postures with one another. There was lots of laughter and the children learned how it is really important to listen to your partner!
Fourth Class and Senior Infants had such a lovely time sharing their favourite books with one another. They read to one another, discussed the texts and pictures, got to know one another and celebrated World Book Day together!
Fourth Class visted the Lifetime Lab recently and had a fantastic time! They enjoyed learning all about circuits and batteries; building test circuits for conductors and insulators of electricity. They engineered floor sweeping robots and buzz games and even tested whether or not one boy could conduct electricity!
We enjoyed some delicious pancakes today in First Class!

Fourth Class are very happy to be back dancing with Deirdre and are improving every week!
