Today, Scoil Bhríde hoisted our Active Flag. This flag was awarded to Scoil Bhríde as a result of our active endeavours and our commitment to keep active. Pupils heard from members of the Active Schools Committee who encouraged pupils to keep active before raising the flag. Pupils were delighted to celebrate the occasion by sporting active clothing and completing active homework.
First Class were very active today, gardening and orienteering .
Rang a 3 enjoyed a very active day today! Pupils participated in orienteering, showed great teamwork playing soccer and watched as the school’s Active Flag was raised.
6th Class have enjoyed 4 modules of first aid training over the last two weeks. They have learned how to deal with fainting, cuts, how to make slings, CPR and much more!!
Senior Infants are really improving at tennis and having great fun.
As part of Literacy Lift Off, Senior Infants have been learning how to use bee-bots. They have been working in teams to complete bee-bot challenges.
Senior Infants really enjoyed learning a dance to Green Green Grass!
