The boys and girls in Second Class were full of love as they created some very pretty cards for their mothers!
The children had lots of fun running around in the sunshine and discovering some hidden treats!
The boys and girls in Second Class recently enjoyed a very special occasion when they received the Sacrament of First Penance. They sang beautifully, said their prayers so sincerely and their behaviour on the night was excellent. Each one of them made their parents and teachers very proud. They loved bringing their toys to school the following day to have some well deserved fun.
Today, the boys and girls in Second Class dropped everything and danced!
The children in Second Class had so much fun celebrating the end of Seachtain Na Gaeilge in school on Wednesday. The sun was out as they paraded, danced and smiled on the yard with the entire school!
The children in Second Class were so excited to dress up as their favourite book characters. Roald Dahl, David Walliams, Jk Rowling and Jeff Kiney were amongst some of the popular authors. The boys and girls in Second Class are most definitely a bookish lot!
The boys and girls in second class achieved a target of 90 stars on their Celebrating Success Board and as this target is children’s choice, they collectively decided to bring in their own toys to school for a toy hour in class. They really enjoyed sharing and playing together.

Second class did some lovely art during the month of February. They made very beautiful Saint Valentine’s Day cards and consolidated their learning of fractions by designing and creating pizzas, each quarter covered in different toppings!
