Workout Wednesday in Rang a 3

Rang a 3 had a glorious time doing gymnastics with Kenny today! We revised how to sit in the “tuck” position, how to do the “pencil roll” and learned how to balance in the “pike” position! We tried to synchronise our rolls perfectly with our partners and learned a new roll called the “shoulder” roll.
