Rang a 3 added the finishing touches to their clay tiles today using a variety of colours and designs.

Playground Leaders

The students have had a wonderful week playing with various equipment on the yard. A huge thank you to our playground leaders and our Active Committee for organising and distributing the equipment each day. We are already excited about what next week will bring and hope the sun continues to shine for us.

Sciath na Scol

Rang a sé and rang a cúig have been enjoying getting the opportunity to play in Sciath na Scol this year. Both the girls and boys teams had fantastic wins on Wednesday!!

Yoga in Rang a 3 🧘

Rang a 3 had a super time with Trish yesterday morning! We learned how to move our bodies to stay flexible and how to calm our minds with our breathing which was apt after our exciting Q and A with Derval O’ Rourke, where she encouraged us to keep fit and healthy!

Q&A with Derval O’Rourke

The students had a wonderful morning chatting with Irish Olympian and Ireland’s Fittest Family coach Derval O’Rourke. She gave lots of advice, words of encouragement along with some great anecdotes of the trials and tribulations of life as an athlete. Thank you so much to Cork Sports Partnership for inviting us to such an enjoyable event. We look forward to taking some tips and applying them in our upcoming CrossMarathon event.
