The SPHE (Social, Personal and Health Education) programme promotes self esteem which helps children to grow in self awareness and confidence. This week, the children brought a special object to our classroom. Each child spoke to the class about why their object was special to them.

Today,  the children of First class observed some common insects using trappers and microscopes. We saw ladybirds, woodlice, flies, earthworms, spiders, ants and slugs. All creatures were returned to their natural habitat after observation. In class we will record our findings.
