Best of luck to the boys and girls from 5th and 6th Classes, who will play in their hurling/camogie finals on Monday, and thank you to the parents who decorated our school yard. We are looking forward to this great occasion! Well done on getting to the finals!

Minibeasts
This week in Senior Infants we are learning all about minibeasts. We went on a minibeast hunt and discovered lots of creatures living around our school.
Parents’ Association Cake Sale
Thank you to all who supported our cake sale on May 15th. A total of €512 was raised. 療 Thank you to the fantastic bakers and to the parents who arranged everything with on the day.
In the Garden
Our potatoes we planted are growing well. Jessica chatted to us about biodiversity . She also told us about photosynthesis and phototropism .
School Rowing Regatta
Congratulations to Sophie, Conan and teammates who competed in the School Rowing Regatta on May 14th. The team came in the third place. Well done!
Science fun outdoors!
First Class enjoyed identifying Irish wildflowers in our local environment today.
Science Solar Experiment 5th Class
We made a solar oven using a pizza box, cling film and some tin foil. We finally got the sunshine to melt some chocolate marshmallows today. Yum!!!
Parents Association Cake Sale🍰
The boys and girls had a wonderful time at the school cake sale organized by the Parents Association. There was a huge selection of tasty cakes and treats!
Bake Sale
6th Class enjoyed eating the delicious treats from the bake sale hosted by the PA. A big thank you for holding such a wonderful event
Science Workshop in 5th
Today we worked in groups to carry out 5 different Science Experiments. It was a bit messy, but we learned a lot!!!
